Experience:
Previous experience in restaurant or food preparation desired.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to frequently move about the caf and use kitchen equipment.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
Essential Functions:
Clean dishes, flatware, and pots and pans, and clean and restock caf area and cooking station.
Unload and put away food and supply deliveries.
Ensure refrigerator, reach-in cooler, snacks, and beverage stations are clean and well-stocked.
Take out trash and keep garbage area clean.
Support caf team members by assisting with other tasks as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
