Experience:
3 to 5 years or more manufacturing experience is required.
2 or more ERP system experience is required.
Intermediate or above Excel skills required.
Physical Requirements:
Light physical requirements.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time or more.
Must be able to operate a computer 50% of the time or more.
Essential Functions:
Serve as a liaison with and primary point of contact for sales, design, manufacturing, production and finishing departments related to scheduling.
Responsible for work order generation and maintenance.
Work closely with Scheduling Manager and Master Scheduling to maintain daily scheduling activities.
Work with others in organization to continuously improve scheduling process.
Work with individual department Managers and Leads to continuously improve efficiency and flow of parts.
Serve as a back-up for Master Scheduler, Senior Product Coordinator and BOM clerk when needed.
Other duties as assigned.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
