Experience:
3 to 5 years or more manufacturing experience is required.
2 or more ERP system experience is required.
Intermediate or above Excel skills required.
Physical Requirements:
Light physical requirements.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time or more.
Must be able to operate a computer 50% of the time or more.
Essential Functions:
Serve as a liaison with and primary point of contact for sales, design, manufacturing, production and finishing departments related to scheduling.
Responsible for work order generation and maintenance.
Work closely with Scheduling Manager and Master Scheduling to maintain daily scheduling activities.
Work with others in organization to continuously improve scheduling process.
Work with individual department Managers and Leads to continuously improve efficiency and flow of parts.
Serve as a back-up for Master Scheduler, Senior Product Coordinator and BOM clerk when needed.
Other duties as assigned.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Be capable of utilizing spreadsheet and ERP software in managing the planning process.
Must be able to work well with others and communicate efficiently and effectively with every department in the organization.
Must be able to provide recommendations for irregularities and make sound decisions that benefit the company.
Must have excellent mathematical acumen.
Excellent planning and time management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
