The Collision Center Service Coordinator is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to clients, vendors and staff of the Dimmitt Collision Center.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS To model by example the Company's mission statement by being an empowered, passionate and positive associate who provides exceptional personalized service to the Company's guests and community.
To live by the Standards of Excellence set forth by Dimmitt Automotive Group.
Assist customers while picking up or dropping off vehicles and process repair order (RO) as needed.
Assist customers when vehicles need to be towed and process RO as needed.
Issue purchase order (PO) to vendors.
Post invoices into accounting.
Book invoices to RO when necessary, as in sublets.
Reconcile sublet schedule weekly.
Assist with RO reconciliation on a daily basis.
Complete necessary forms needed to collect monies from insurance companies.
Daily deposits for Collision Center and logging in receipts in CCC.
Review and maintain flagged tech hours on a daily basis.
Assist with bi-weekly payroll reports and submission of tech hours.
Track inventory levels of office products and order as needed.
Prepare CSI reports monthly as requested by individual manufacturers.
Update production report daily and submit to manager for review at end of day.
Assist clients with car rental arrangements using designating platform provided.
Other administrative duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS.

QUALIFICATIONS Education/Training High school diploma or GED equivalent Computer literate Working knowledge of all office equipment Minimum two years of administrative experience in a collision center or body shop preferred.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
