Identity Services Architect

  Technology and Engineering - USA Oldsmar, Florida  Job Summary The primary responsibility of the Identity Services Architect is to define and nurture a new global identity and access control program. Aligning with the priorities identified by the Global CISO & Global CIO they will set expectations, drive initiatives and generate deliverables. The Identity Services Architect will define identity architecture and design based standards, develop best practices that fall in line with the Nielsen business model and document innovative patterns for all things identity across the environment. This will involve technology consolidation, solution standardization, design and implementation of new technology and working with IT to provide guidance on all solutions not specifically implemented or maintained by Security. Strong leadership is required with a solid vision and ability to provide encouragement while driving change on a global scale via a security transformation program.   The role will work cross-functionally across Security and IT teams globally to ensure effective communication, strategy and understanding by all levels of company management and technicians. This position reports to the VP, Global Security Architecture & Engineering. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices and procedures.   Responsibilities   Develop a global Zero-Trust Identity and Access Management strategy Deliver a role-based access solution to the enterprise from design through implementation Design a secure, scalable and agile remote access, just-in-time model Set the strategy for moving all offices and applications to Zero Trust Network model Design and deliver Identity related technologies globally Develop reference architecture for all identity solutions Develop and maintain overall identity and access control architecture strategy Proactively works withEnterprise Architecture teams across IT Building relationships with other lines of business across the organizations Develop IAM best practices for on premise and cloud based solutions     Knowledge and Skills Requirement Demonstrate expert knowledge in designing and implementing one or more of the following informationsecuritytechnologies: Strong background in Identity and Access Management strategy and technology Strong background in Remote Access Experience with developing user provisioning and deprovisioning automation Experience with software defined networking and segmentation Network Access Control Systems Passwordless Authentication Strong background in securing Cloud Environments Azure, AWS, GCP SCIM / SAML2.0 / oAuth / Federation / SSO / MFA / PAM Understanding of Just-in-Time access provisioning concepts Understanding of Identity Aware proxies and services   Minimum Qualifications 15+ years of network / securityexperience 7+ years of experience with global geographically dispersed environments Excellent communication, organization, interpersonal and writing skills Experience developing architecture road maps aligning with Enterprise Architecture principles Familiarity with security industry standards (ISO 17799, NIST 800 series, etc.) and best practices CISSP, CCNP, MCSE, MCITP-EA, CEH, CCSA,  certification preferred Ability to Travel Ability to read and communicate effectively in standard English in written and oral business communications Proof of authorization to work in the United States   Work Environment Perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature, with frequent interruptions or distractions Adapt to frequent changes in workload and be able to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate while completing tasks within established time frames Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with fellow Team Members, management, outside contacts, guest and the public Ability to meet the basic physical requirements of an office environment including moving freely and frequently about an office, accessing computers and related technologies using peripheral equipment and operating other office equipment   About Nielsen: Nielsen N.V. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
